How Information Is Shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as Beehiiv, Square, Stripe, Printful, scheduling tools, analytics providers, order-fulfillment services, community tools, and customer-support providers. We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect information. No website, email system, community, payment platform, or electronic transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Section 03
Terms and Conditions
By using a Michelle Vaughn Co or Dweewoo website, subscribing, joining a membership or community, purchasing a product, submitting a form, registering for an event, booking a service, or otherwise using an offering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms presented at checkout or in a written agreement.
Eligibility
The websites and offerings are intended for people who are at least 18 years old. By using an offering or making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can enter into a binding agreement.
Lawful Use
You may use the websites and offerings only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s account, introduce malicious code, scrape or exploit content without permission, violate another person’s rights, or use an offering in violation of applicable law.
Purchases and Payments
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise disclosed. Payment is due as described at checkout or in a written agreement. Prices, products, availability, and future offers may change, but a change will not retroactively alter a completed purchase except as permitted by the applicable agreement or law.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Their terms, privacy practices, dispute procedures, and technical availability may also apply.
Services, Bookings, and Events
Advisory, consulting, speaking, strategy sessions, workshops, private appointments, and other services may be governed by a proposal, checkout page, booking terms, or written agreement. If those terms conflict with this page, the more specific written terms control for that service.
Reserved private-session time requires at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited unless a written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.
Payments for masterclasses, workshops, live classes, and events are non-refundable unless Michelle Vaughn Co cancels the offering without providing a rescheduled date, replay, credit, or another reasonable alternative. Speaking deposits, retainers, and booking fees are non-refundable unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Digital Products and Materials
Digital products, downloads, guides, templates, classes, frameworks, recordings, and other resources are licensed for the purchaser’s personal or internal business use unless different written terms are provided. They may not be copied, resold, distributed, published, shared, sublicensed, or used to create competing materials without written permission.
No Guarantees
Testimonials, examples, stories, and prior results describe individual experiences and do not guarantee the same or similar outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Busi-neer LLC, Michelle Vaughn Co, Dweewoo, and their owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the websites, newsletters, community, products, memberships, services, events, or materials.
Nothing in these policies excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Section 04
General Disclaimer
Website, newsletter, publication, community, mortgage, housing, business, strategic, financial, and other content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
It is not individualized legal, tax, investment, accounting, financial, mortgage, medical, mental-health, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for evaluating information and making decisions appropriate to your circumstances. Consult appropriately qualified professionals when advice specific to your circumstances is needed.
Nothing on the websites or in an email, publication, community discussion, event, resource, or product guarantees savings, approval, income, healing, business growth, financial performance, sales, opportunities, or any other result.
Section 05
Business and Strategic Advisory Disclaimer
Business, leadership, positioning, communication, offer, sales, growth, and strategic content reflects general educational information and Michelle’s perspective and experience. It is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, employment, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
Business decisions involve uncertainty and risk. Michelle Vaughn Co does not guarantee revenue, profit, growth, sales, funding, market acceptance, employee performance, speaking outcomes, or other business results.
Reading The Advisory or other content, joining a membership or community, submitting a survey, or attending a public event does not create an advisory-client, fiduciary, attorney-client, employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
A separate service relationship exists only when expressly established through an accepted proposal, booking, checkout, or written agreement.
Section 06
Mortgage, Housing, and Financial Information Disclaimer
Mortgage, housing, homeownership, credit, debt, refinancing, consumer-finance, and money content—including content in The Household—is educational and informational.
It is not individualized mortgage, financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice and is not a commitment to lend, an offer of credit, a loan approval, or a guarantee of particular terms.
Mortgage rates, costs, terms, programs, property requirements, underwriting standards, approval, and borrower eligibility vary by lender, product, location, credit profile, income, assets, property, market conditions, and other factors.
Nothing guarantees mortgage approval, eligibility, savings, refinancing benefit, interest rate, closing timeline, property value, or financial outcome.
Any separately offered mortgage services are distinct from the Michelle Vaughn Co website, publications, paid memberships, and community. Applicable company, licensing, regulatory, and transaction-specific disclosures will be provided in connection with those services where required.
Section 07
Paid Membership Terms
Michelle Vaughn Co currently offers:
- Love Notes ❤️: $4.99 monthly or $49.99 annually
- The Observation Room: $19.99 monthly or $199.99 annually
Love Notes provides personal reflections, reminders, encouragement, and included community access.
The Observation Room includes the Love Notes experience plus deeper private essays, expanded analysis, audio reflections, frameworks, workshops, live conversations, and premium community access, as described on the membership page and at checkout.
Membership provides access to content and community features. It is separate from hiring Michelle for advisory, speaking, mortgage, or other professional services.
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed at the monthly or annual interval selected at checkout until canceled. The price, renewal frequency, included access, and applicable checkout terms are displayed before purchase.
Membership content, programming, and community features may evolve over time. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and payment information and for safeguarding your access credentials. Membership access is personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without written permission.
Section 08
Membership Cancellation and Refund Information
You may cancel a paid membership using the account or billing controls available through Beehiiv or the applicable payment provider. You may also contact [email protected] for assistance.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. The timing of access after cancellation is governed by the terms presented in your account, at checkout, or by the applicable payment provider.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, completed membership payments are final. Questions involving an accidental duplicate charge, technical error, unauthorized charge, or other exceptional circumstance will be reviewed individually.
Nothing in this section limits cancellation, refund, renewal-notice, cooling-off, or consumer rights that apply under law.
Section 09
Community Guidelines and Member Conduct
The member community is intended to support thoughtful conversation, learning, reflection, and connection.
Members agree to:
- Treat other members, moderators, and contributors with respect
- Avoid harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, bullying, or targeted abuse
- Avoid spam, deceptive promotions, impersonation, fraud, and unlawful activity
- Protect other people’s privacy and avoid sharing confidential or identifying information without permission
- Avoid copying, distributing, or publishing member-only content or another member’s contributions without permission
- Avoid presenting general discussion as individualized professional advice
- Follow applicable law and any channel-specific rules
Community contributions reflect the views of their respective authors, not necessarily Busi-neer LLC or Michelle Vaughn Co. Community information should not be treated as professional advice.
We may moderate content or restrict community access when reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these policies, maintain the community, or comply with law. Serious or repeated violations may result in removal of content or suspension or termination of community access.
Section 10
Dweewoo Orders, Shipping, Returns, and Fulfillment
Dweewoo is a DBA of Busi-neer LLC. Physical products are sold through Square and may be produced or fulfilled by Printful or another disclosed fulfillment provider.
Square, Printful, carriers, and other providers may process order, payment, shipping, and fulfillment information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Product availability, descriptions, colors, dimensions, and images are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but displays and made-to-order production may create minor variations.
Available shipping destinations, shipping costs, and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed during checkout or in the applicable order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by production, carrier, weather, customs, address, or other circumstances outside our control.
Physical products are final sale unless an item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or is not delivered. If there is a problem, contact [email protected] within seven days of delivery and include the order number and photographs when applicable.
Do not send an item to an address without first receiving return or replacement instructions. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable law.
Section 11
Dylan Foundation Donation Disclosure
Donations associated with The Dylan Foundation are processed through Stripe, which applies its own terms and privacy practices. Donors should review the checkout information before completing a payment.
Important: Michelle Vaughn Co does not represent that a donation is tax-deductible. Donors should retain their payment records and consult a qualified tax professional regarding their circumstances.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, sold, sublicensed, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative or competing materials without written permission, except where applicable law permits limited use.
Members retain ownership of original content they submit, subject to the limited permission reasonably necessary for us and our service providers to host, display, moderate, and operate the community. Members must have the right to share what they submit.
